This is a Virginia Dare Wine serving tray from the Garrett Company based in Saint Louis, MO and Norfolk, Virginia, 1925. The Virginia Dare brand featured mythical characters, a boy and girl named Paul and Virginia. The Virginia Dare wine was sold nationwide and was a popular brand. It was franchised to soda manufacturers throughout the United States and continued it’s popularity through the 1960s.
