Pictured is a gorgeous self framed tin from the Schlitz Brewing Company out of Milwaukee, WI. Circa 1900. Schlitz was advertised as the “Beer That Made Milwaukee Famous” on many of their early prints, including this one. The use of a colorful labeled beer bottle, and the globe offset makes this a stunning piece which surely caught the eye of both drinkers and non-drinkers alike. The sign still does so today.
