This is an unusual copper metal tip tray from the Excelsior Brewing company in Saint Louis, MO. Circa 1905. This brewery was known for their image of a knight or warrior looking man standing on a hill holding a flag in his hand. You can find this image on the companies letterheads and etched and embossed glasses. The Excelsior Brewery went out of business well before prohibition started. The tray has tarnish on it as is shown.
